Initial Consultation
Our first step is scheduling a free phone consultation. This is where we obtain information about the issues you are dealing with, your plans, concerns etc.
Our goal here is to get to know you and your proposed project. We might ask for pictures in this phase, which helps us get a visual idea of what is going on and makes our on site consultation more effective.
Free On Site visit
After a successful phone consultation our first on site visit is free. This where we will get to know more about your project.
We talk through ideas and the processes to get desired results. We may take measurements and pictures to help us plan better.
Design / Estimate
The next step is the design phase. This is where sometimes a design may be drawn up. In some cases a few may apply. After the design is finished we will go over it with you and give an estimate along side the design.
In some cases a design isn’t necessary and an estimate is offered right away
We Start Work
If the estimate is approved we will begin the necessary steps as part of the scope of work. In this phase work is in progress and communication is key. We keep you updated on all parts of the project.
At the completion of the project a final walkthrough with our customers is done to ensure all work matches our customers expectations.
